I'm Hannah (she/her) and this is Bonnie Birthing, a place to find support through your pregnancy, birth and postnatal journey, in and around Salisbury, Dorset and online. Find out about my journey here.

My support includes giving you all the evidence-based knowledge you need about pregnancy birth and beyond and mindfulness to help calm your anxieties. It's everything that your midwife wants to give you but they can't since they are so stretched for time. I incorporate some hypnobirthing, which is a breathing technique that can come in very useful for any birth you have. By the end, you should feel confident and empowered to make your own decisions and feel prepared for your postnatal journey.
